the expenses and loan

The Canada maintains a database of the expenses, features, loan fees and reward programs of nearly 200 credit cards available in Canada. This database is updated on a quarterly basis with information provided by the credit card issuing companies. Information in the database is published each quarter on the site of the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada. While the law remains to be decided, many purchasers have made claims against their credit card suppliers for the charges that they have acquired, in addition to premium that they would have earned had the cash not been deducted from their account. Consequent decisions in regard of personal current accounts propose that the argument that these charges are penalties for breach of contract is weak, and given the Office of Fair Trading's decision it appears to be impossible that any further experiment will take place.
